What is keeping you up at night?

What is keeping you up at night? What worries you when you lay in bed? Many people are unable to fall asleep because of some worry or anxiety. This is pictured in the 9 of Swords, a woman troubled by nightmares, worries and anxiety.

Get your deck out and ask. “What is preventing me from sleeping?” then ask “How do I resolve this issue?”

Here is wishing you a wonderful good night sleep.

Ok, what is keeping me up at night: ill-dig 8 of pents

Well right away I can tell you that it is finances and lack there of! I am also very worried about my husbands job because there has not been that much work these days. He is a Carpenter and that would be what I see in the image of the man working with his hands. I know that this is defintely what keeps me awake.

What can I do to resolve this issue? . 5 of swords.

Well, I guess that I could say that worrying is not going to win the battle. I must sit back and wait to see what happends. Also , I know that I am wishing for may not be exactly whats best for us. I think that I am wishing for something that I know will not happen right now and that is just leading to disappointment. All in all, I should stop harping on it and just let things happen.

The 5 of Swords is interesting, I want you to reflect more on this card.

In my book I talk about the self-defeating personality, Whenever an achievement is made, the individual will respond with thoughts of low self-worth such as guilt, shame and depression.

      Think on this.
