Packing for TarotCon

AirTravelIt is Thursday night and tomorrow morning I head off to Texas for TarotCon! I have spent this week preparing for the journey.  This is my first domestic flight since I was 3 years old. All of my travels have been international so it will be nice to enjoy a short flight for a change!

When I went to the Readers Studio in NY, it was less stressful because if I forgot something I could easily drive home to get it. I have to make sure I have everything for this trip. I often get these recurring dreams where I have to, at the last minute, take a plane someplace and I must pack my things fast. Often I forget stuff and need to leave in a rush.

First, I got my bag ready with clothing. It is only a three night stay, but I like options to wear. I got three jeans, two shorts, plenty of shirts and all the other necessities. Plus, whenever I travel I MUST take my whole bathroom with me! lol. I am obsessed with skin care so I take my Clarisonic Mia, face wash, toner, day and night moisturizers, eye cream, gylcolic lotion, jojoba oil. All that just for my face. Then we have shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste. Deodorant, cologne, hair product, razor and shaving cream. Jesus help me!

Oh yea the most important thing, the tarot decks! I am bringing seven with me.

– Tarot Illuminati (duh!)
– Robert Lichodziejewski Tarot (Polish deck that is super funky)
– Rider Waite (De Lux – got to go with the blinged out rider waite)
– Classic Tarot (new from Llewylln)
– Rohrig Tarot (Out of Print, rare and expensive, never used it, maybe try it out)
– Radical Wirth (Majors Only)
– Gilded Lenormand (cause Rana George is teaching)

I am brining two tarot books with I want to get signed. Tarot & Astrology by Corrine Kenner and Tarot Illuminati Guide by Kim Huggens and Tarosophy by Marcus Katz. I got my Laptop, notebook, camera and tripod. Maybe record some stuff for youtube.  I hope to maybe record some one on one talks with other readers and make a compilation video? That reminds me, don’t forget all the chargers!

For the flight I got some tv shows on the laptop and I a book. I picked up from my library “The Ancient Gods” by E.O James. An excellent work on ancient religions and practices.

Hope I am not forgetting anything.
